Department: Procurement & Administration Position: Coordinator Office Location: ISB - Corporate HQT Number Of Openings: 1 Description: - Responsible for general office administration and providing support to HR with interviews, meetings, and other departmental tasks.
- Responsible for office inventory and supply management, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock across all kitchens.
- Handle employees at reception for matters related to HR, policy, employment concerns, gratuity, clearance, experience letter, final settlement, etc., to be redirected to the HR Team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and calls at the reception.
- Exit Gate Pass: 'Issue gate passes and ensure items are dispatched and received in a proper manner.
- Manage and supervise all the kitchens at the head office.
- Manage staff rosters, leave records, and allowances, ensuring compliance with official requirements and addressing uniform or job-related concerns. Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 1-2 years Required Skills: - Minimum Bachelors degree required.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong coordination skills.
- Aptitude for managing time efficiently.
- Must have good MS Office skills.
- Well-groomed and must be a team player.
