What will I be doing? Provide outstanding service to both our internal and external customers. Support the Sales and Marketing departments by performing front desk, gifting, and kitchen responsibilities in a smooth and consistent manner. Track daily attendance for guests and trainings. Set, update, and manage the various rotations for sales executives. Register owners and guests for their sales presentations and assign appropriate Sales Executives with accurate codes. Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate personnel. Consistently clean, restock and take inventory all kitchen supplies for the café and refreshment areas. Assist with Extra Premiums for all departments and reconcile nightly. Issue taxi/ride-share reimbursements to guests and owners or coordinate the pick up and drop off details with our transportation team.
