To provide the highest-level administrative support to the department personnel, regarding department processes, including working independently on highly complex, special assignments. **This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.**
**Compensation Data**
This position offers a base salary typically between ($60K) and ($97K). The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance-based bonus and or other compensation elements. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Performs a variety of complex administrative activities in support of functional areas.
+ Provides administrative support to individuals as needed.
+ Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
+ Compiles, reviews, and analyzes complex data.
+ Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
+ Designs processes to enhance workflow.
+ Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
+ Works with other members of the team to help resolve complex.
+ Utilizes extensive knowledge in a variety of areas to provide an advanced level of administrative support to one or more individuals within a specified department(s)
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of 7 years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.
+ Business School certification or Associates degree.
+ Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry experience.
+ Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
+ Satisfactory performance record.
+ Demonstrates acceptable level of performance for all Coordinator V competencies as defined in the Career Pathway criteria
**Eligibility Requirements**
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
+ Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
