Job Description Insight Global is looking for 3 External Client Support Analysts to sit onsite at one of our financial clients in the Draper, UT area. These analysts will be responsible for supporting two client bases: the rich and famous, as well as large institutions. The analysts are responsible for providing a white glove service and will assist in client issues such as: account logins, accessing statements, wiring funds, navigating the mobile/online application, connecting data through different APIs, and any additional access or entitlement problems.
