This truly is a place where we all share a challenger mindset which drives our success. **What You Will Do** JOB SUMMARY + Operate and maintain specific equipment throughout the facility, including powered pallet jacks and forklifts. + Sanitation and housekeeping of production lines and/or general department area. + Maintain the facility in accordance with company policies and procedures. + Understand and carry out verbal instructions. **Qualifications** REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Be at least 21 years of age + Be legally eligible to work in the United States + Be available to work any of 3 shifts, and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays on short notice. + Have basic mathematical skills + Have regular, reliable, and predictable attendanc PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Warehouse experience (shipping/receiving) + Manufacturing experience + Experience operating high speed manufacturing equipment. **Work Environment and Physical Demand** + Be able to easily move about an industrial facility + Work in tight or confined spaces + Work at higher elevations + Climb on machinery + Operate manufacturing equipment including powered pallet jacks and forklifts + Complete tasks that require manual work and some level of physical effort such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
