COPY - Training Process Support Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:

* Acknowledge all purchase orders, obtain proper insurance certificates and assure that terms and conditions are presented to customer.

* Reconcile all purchase orders with the in-house negotiations to assure matching between promises and expectations.

* Open orders on system to gather, track and reconcile costs associated with jobs.

* Issue purchase orders via Oracle Purchasing System

* Accurately reconcile and invoice orders via Oracle Project Costing system.

* Complete various office administration responsibilities as required

* Issue Training Certificates for Attendees of classes.

* Develop and adopt the digitalization mindset



Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Training Process Support Specialist that will provide support for marketing, training, and all facility services. The Training Process Support Specialist will oversee cleaning staff, classroom coordination, special events, safety kit ordering and distribution, supplier relationship management, and PO/Invoice support as needed. They will work closely with the Training Director, Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, Team Leaders, Training Specialist, and other coordinators to promote a cohesive customer and visitor experience.



The Training Process Support Specialist will issue purchase orders and track material deliveries, to set, and ensure alignment with new hire and external training. The Training Process Support Specialist will be familiar with all Training processes (e.g. scheduling, shipping / receiving, document control) to ensure continuity and back-up. The Training Process Support Specialist must operate with absolute integrity and pursue continuous process improvement.
