This role requires someone to work EST and is local in the US. The Copywriter (Pharma) is responsible for creating compelling pharmaceutical promotional materials across various digital channels. This role involves writing creative marketing copy for different mediums including social media, email, and banners, following project specifications and briefs. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of FDA rules regarding prescription drug advertising and ensure that copy complies with regulatory guidelines.Responsibilities: Develop and source new content from existing materials while ensuring alignment with audience (HCC/HCP) and channel strategy. Maintain organized annotations throughout the creative process to facilitate efficient submissions. Comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with designers and the agile team to achieve project objectives and contribute to campaign creative strategies. Implement client and MLR feedback accurately while ensuring consistency of brand messaging and data accuracy. Review digital work from AORs and specialty partners before co-creation to optimize co-creation time. Actively engage in the co-creation process and participate in daily scrum activities for status updates. Attend MLR review, as needed. Leverage deep understanding of customers, products, and therapeutic areas to create copy that resonates with target personas. Provide relevant reference support and calculations as necessary. Collaborate effectively in a remote, highly collaborative environment while adjusting content based on stakeholder feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience writing pharmaceutical digital marketing materials for HCPs. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, agile environment. Collaborative spirit and comfort with real-time feedback in group settings. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to tailor writing style to diverse audiences and media. Excellent presentation skills for creative work. Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of professional-level writing experience, preferably in pharma or an agency setting. Portfolio is required.
