• Support Inspire’s family of brands by writing world-class copy for our fellow brands and shared services teams.
• Ensure the culture and values of Inspire and brands is reflective in all content created.
• Collaborate and support other members of the Studio to ensure that broader team goals are met.

This position is onsite in our Atlanta Support Center and is a 6 month contract.


 

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of strong cross-platform creative (print, digital, POP, etc.), graphic toolkits, event/sales/executive presentations, digital and social media, and moreSupport the communication and marketing efforts for the Inspire and its family of restaurant brands through concepting and writing copy.Expertly and persuasively clarify complex topics into easy-to-understand languageWork closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, at the corporate, brand and franchisee levelManage strict deadlines and coordinate edits with project owners, managers, and collaborators to effectively support multiple projects at once,Collaborate and learn from other creatives of various skillsets, specialties and levels of experience to create and execute high quality workLeverage tools, including traffic and ticketing systems and creative briefs, to learn and organize requests and needs to ensure we can move fast and produce high quality workUnderstand, adhere to and enforce brand guidelines, style guides and standards across multiple brands

Requirements:

4 year degree or equivalent Art/Design/Advertising degree combined with a promising portfolio of work, appropriate for the level of experience and opportunity one has had to date in this field.Minimum 3 years of copywriting experience at a digital, marketing or communications agency (or equivalent in a corporate, in-house setting). Experience working with restaurant, food and beverage brands a plus.Experience with writing for a wide array of media, formats, platforms and mediums including print, broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, outdoor and events/displays, videoDemonstratable ability to craft compelling narratives and storylines that drive engagement and actionAbility to work quickly under short deadlinesDemonstrate exceptional grammar, spelling, sentence structuring skillsExtra Consideration paid to:digital and paid social media experiencesports brands experiencecomedic writing experienceExposure to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and creative workflow and project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, MondayA basic understanding of traditional corporate communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and other platforms such as Teams, Sharepoint, Zoom, etc.Ability to multi-task, and learn on the jobUsing one’s natural creativity to solve problems, find answers and contribute what is needed as well as what is asked forStrong interpersonal skills and the confidence to admit what you do not know, could improve upon and need to learnDemonstratable planning and organization skillsDesire to learn and be better through experience while taking direction and cues from more senior team membersPatience, grace and empathy for others
