Join our team of Lenovo Customer order resolution specialists! We make sure that our customer orders are processed quickly and without errors for all our EMEA customers.

We’ll teach you:

What is Global Supply ChainThe lifecycle of a customer order and how different teams interact with itHow to use SAP, Microsoft Teams, Robotic Process Automation software and a lot of other internal toolsHow to read documentation and ensure internal processes and guidelines are followedHow to manage self, prioritize correctly and make sure all the work is done on timeHow to be a great team player, support your team leader and manager and how to achieve your key performance indicatorsAttention to detail, communication and how to prosper in a busy, constantly changing environment
Position requirements:

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.200 EUR, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 10% of your annual earnings.
