Scope of Position:

Develop in-depth understanding of the semiconductors lithography and inspection value chain players and develop/maintain models which will link semiconductor front end wafer area capacity growth with AO revenues in lithography and inspection products.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze and synthesize performance of lithography and inspection value chain players, focusing on the link between semiconductor front end wafer area capacity growth and AO lithography and inspection revenues. Set up metrics which indicate how accurately semiconductor front end wafer area capacity growth can be forecast AO lithography and inspection revenues and improve models over time for better predictions. Communicate key findings to division leadership and beyond via multiple media – regular reports, alerts, presentations, etc. Support Gen AI and ML projects and efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the teams reporting Manage external consulting studies and be the liaison with these third parties. Develop and understanding of the competitors in the value chain to support product teams Environment understanding.

 

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree – Technical, MBA preferred Planning and executing strategies. Work experience in a role requiring extensive financial analysis and data interpretation. Work experience within at least two out of the four areas: Manufacturing, Development, Engineering, Product Line Management, Forecasting, Sales Problem Solving Skills (Ability to tackle challenging problems in a structured way) Analytical and Quantitative Skills (Proficiency with sophisticated modeling with Excel and other quantitative analytical tools) Deep experience with modeling Interpersonal Savvy (Ability to work with people in multiple functions across cultures/time zones) Dealing with Ambiguity / Creativity Presentation Skills (Written and Oral)

 

Desired Skills:

Prior Experience in Intelligence. Engineering /Science major – Ability to engage engineers/scientists effectively and understand complex engineering systems. Industry Experience – Semiconductor, materials and optics. Demonstrated strong communication skills. Team player with leadership potential.

 

 

Travel Requirements:

25%, including international.

The range for this position is  $120,167.00   -  $165,230.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
