Cornerstone OnDemand Expert

Nokia Business Services (NBS) is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand Expert who will be the primary point of contact for our employees and external customers supporting Nokia’s Cornerstone OnDemand tool (Nokia Learning and Development Hub) administration and optimization needs. 

These include, but are not limited to, system configurations, new release management, consulting on best practices, data feed and user account management and troubleshooting, and reporting. 

At least 8 years of experience working as an system administrator of Cornerstone OnDemand Learning in a large, global organization, in an LMS, application, help desk or training support roleImplementation and HR suite experience is a plusStrong experience with customer support or client management, with effective project management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, writing and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and channelsAble to work independently as well as in a team environmentExperience in training or customer/client support roleLean, agile and design thinking experience is a must, with proven ability to apply customer-centric, data-driven and iterative approaches to problem-solving and solution developmentProficient in Microsoft Office suiteTroubleshoot system admin issues and tasks, and data feed issuesSet-up user and administrator accounts and maintain appropriate accessAdd or edit entities in the systemTest and troubleshoot web-based training (need a basic understanding of SCORM and AICC standards)Set-up and work with dynamic groups, learning assignments, large scale course deployments, and curriculaReview functionality in new cloud releases and assist IT with new feature enablement and rolloutCreate new or update existing tasks, competencies / competency models / competency assessments, development plans, observation checklistsGenerate standard reports and create ad-hoc and recurring system reportsManage and develop learning programs for Nokia’s Learning and Development HubContent management including online course loading, ILT onsite class enrolment input, curriculum development and other training managementWork with the Nokia business groups to determine the best solutions for delivering training programs and managing mandatory training tasksProvide recommendations on ways to optimize the platformAnalyze configuration designs and make recommendations for improvementsWork with the key users to standardize, streamline and coordinate business and system processes. Understand, document, and clearly communicate these business processes to both client stakeholders and internal teamsServe as liaison between client and technical resources as required; escalate issues through the proper channels and work with escalation point person to achieve issue resolutionTrain other key users and administrators on Cornerstone OnDemand Learning functionality and system processesCreate tool job aids and training guides to assist end-users and administrators
