Our client, a well regarded financial services firm in Midtown Manhattan, is looking to hire a Temporary Corporate Access Coordinator. The role will start by the beginning of March and last through the end of July. The role will be onsite 5 days/week and hours are 8am-5pm with flexibility for light overtime.
Responsibilities
Support Corporate Access team to deliver a higher level of client service to PMs and Analysts with a sense of prioritization and urgencyImplement internal communication channels and processes to streamline the flow of broker advertised and company originated Corporate Access eventsCreate and manage meeting planners for 1x1 meetings and callsManage logistics for 1x1 meetings and callsRemarket confirmed 1x1 meetings and callsUpdate and maintain internal proprietary Corporate Access portal to manage forward looking event marketing and requestsAssist Corporate Access Associates with conference template uploadsRequirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic recordOutstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levelsProficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point and the ability to manipulate dataDetail oriented teammate who is able to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to ensure efficient executionHigh degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and attention to detailGood team player with strong willingness to participate and help othersCompensation
