Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry leading sales team.  You’ll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing corporate accounts in a selected industry.  Through outstanding industry knowledge and customer focus, you’ll help our customers be more profitable by saving water, energy, and waste.

What You Will Do:
•    Develop and expand existing and new corporate  accounts in  the mining industry.
•    Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts.
•    Present value-add products and programs, highlighting impact to the customer’s business.
•    Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Nalco Water’s value proposition.
•    Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level.
•    Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met, and delivery of Service Standards are consistent.
 
Territory/Location Information: 


•    The position will be based in Chile and will also include travelling to Peru.
•    Targeted accounts are within the mining industries.
•    30% overnight travel required

Training programs are held in the field and at Nalco Water Headquarters in Naperville, IL; travel is arranged and paid for by Nalco Water.  Based on your skill level and experience, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.  

 

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering: Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering  (Exclusive)
•    8 years of technical sales experience (Exclusive)
•    5 – 7 years of experience in the mining industry (flotation industry, water treatment or specialty chemical industry) (Exclusive)
•    Intermediate to advanced English (Exclusive)
•    Demonstrated large account management success in the minning industry with executive-level relationship sales experience (Exclusive)
•    Availability to travel in Chile and Peru  (Exclusive)
•    Driver's License for at least 3-4 years. (Exclusive)
