Description

The Corporate Accountant will be the financial support for performing the complete accounting cycle in compliance with established practices and generally accepted accounting principles.

Activities

Ensures financial statement are prepared in accordance with Local (NIFs) and US GAAPs. Performs detailed review to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments. Responsible for general ledger accounting review and monthly end closing management. Provides executive level financial statements with metrics and guidance. Audits accounting data and identify and errors. Builds and maintains strong relationships with the rest of the accounting, and all other corporate departments like taxes to ensure cohesive support. Leads the overall year-end closing and preparation of the annual reviewed financial statements and tax returns. Supports the annual tax report and fulfill the tax annexes related to accounting. Conducts reconciliations and perform validations and approval / Submit reconciliation reports and analysis. Qualifications

Public Accounting or Accounting Bachelor’s Degree. 5 years’ experience in similar positions. Desirable Big 4 firm experience (PWC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte). SAP experience. English 80%. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail. Team worker. Ability to work under pressure. Disciplined to follow procedures. Initiative and can-do attitude. Ownership.
