Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a local private sector client in the search for a Corporate Accountant to join their growing team. This position will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for all SEC reporting efforts, including filing both 10-K and 10-Q forms. Candidates must have a firm knowledge of SEC compliance standards and must have proficiency in financial reporting. Essential Job Duties

File annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Q reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAPMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and accrualsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulationsManage month-end and year-end closing proceduresConduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to managementAssist in internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and reportingMonitor cash flow and assist in financial risk management F3844862-SB_1739973889 To Apply for this Job Click Here
