Corporate Accountanting Associate
A Corporate Accountanting Associate is responsible for ensuring that all transactions are accounted for in accordance with GAAP. The Corporate Accountant Associate will process work in progress (WIP) transactions and month-end close duties including the review of reconciliations and month-end balances and research of variances. This position reports to the Corporate Accounting Manager.
Location: Medford, OR (Hybrid)
Compensation Range: $20/hr - $43/hr

Responsibilities
Financial AccountingPerform recurring monthly accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries and administration related to WIP, Fixed Assets, Marketing Budgets, and Real Estate, ensuring that all transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP.Analyze balance sheet accounts and make adjustments where necessary.Provide reporting to various stakeholders.Research and understand other accounting issues and topics as requested.Legal SummaryRecord monthly activity for our Legal Summary Accrual.Make adjusting entries as requested by the Accounting ManagerReport on monthly activity to executive stakeholdersOther Projects as assignedSkills and Qualifications
