Job Description:
Ecolab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to join our Food and Beverage Division in India. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic corporate accounts within the F&B sector, including beverages, breweries, dairy & Food processing industries. You will develop and execute account plans, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and offer innovative solutions to address customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate account management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth within assigned corporate accounts.Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within corporate accounts to understand their business needs and priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational teams, to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within corporate accounts and work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, discuss new initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and risks within assigned accounts.Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of Ecolab's products and services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, resolve customer issues, and drive customer satisfaction.Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate account management, sales, or business development within the industrial sector.Proven track record of managing and growing strategic corporate accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with key decision-makers.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.Willingness to travel as required.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
