Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm

Corporate Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist Purpose:
The Corporate Accounts Receivable & Payable Specialist is expected to meaningfully contribute to and perpetuate our purpose and values. Thrive’s accounting department provides essential services to corporate and property operations, ownership entities, and redevelopment. In this role, you will be responsible for entering all corporate AP & AR invoices, completing corporate deposits, and assisting with corporate billbacks. You will report directly to and work closely with Thrive’s Corporate Accounting Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Accounts payable entry for all corporate invoices including vendor communication and check mailing.
+ Assist with questions regarding corporate card reconciliations.
+ 1099 processing.
+ Set up vendors, including reviewing for compliance.
+ Work closely with Contract Manager and Corporate Accounting team to enter accounts receivable invoices for 2 entities.
+ Maintain customer billing records and follow standard invoicing procedures.
+ Process receipts & deposits into accounting software as directed.
+ Assist with accounts receivable & revenue reconciliations.
+ Research customer discrepancies and deposits as needed.
+ Document current processes and assist with building out process improvements, as well as other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
+ Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills required
+ Associates’s degree in finance, accounting, business or other related field preferred
+ 1+ years of AR & AP experience preferred
+ Beginner Microsoft Excel skills preferred
+ Experience with Microsoft suite products
