The role is within the Corporate Actions & Income Processing Department in the Capital Markets Securities Operations function.

We are looking for a Corporate Actions Voluntary Analyst to:

• execute front to back processing of Voluntary Corporate Action events for the US region.
• set up event announcements based on information received from agents and depositories, capture and transmit client elections, process asset movements (cash + stock) as they apply to tender offers, rights subscriptions, Dutch Auctions, Bankruptcy events, exchange offers and mergers, etc.
• produce various risk reporting, and metrics timely and efficiently.
• be a point of contact for any Business Partners or Operations colleagues
