iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Corporate Affairs North Europe Project Manager VIE in our North Europe Corporate Affairs team (Public Affairs & Communications) you will participate in shaping and roll-out of new North Europe Corporate Affairs Strategy. You will also act as a key link between the local (Nordic, Netherlands and BeLux) hubs and the North Europe team in streamlining activities and ways of working.

Main responsibilities:
Support North Europe (NE) Public Affairs and Communication leads in modernizing ways of working by:Operational roll-out of North Europe initiatives.Support in administrative tasks (payment, quotations).Experiment and streamline North Europe strategy.Communication:Internal: North Europe employee communication (ie newsletter, organizing town halls, employee engagement activities).External: Support in website content, statements and social media strategy.Public Affairs:Identify public affairs synergies across therapeutic areas in North Europe.Facilitate North Europe public affairs meetings and activities.Support in developing North Europe public affairs products, such as position papers, policy briefs, reports, etc.About you
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, public affairs and/or communication.Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.Soft and technical skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment, and to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization.High level of integrity and self-awareness.Analytical, results-driven, organized, and a self-starter personality.Team-oriented mindset.Digital savvy.Education:
Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in communications, event management or science, education & communication.Languages:
Excellent command of English and French (both verbal and written).Knowledge of North Europe languages (Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) is an advantage.Why choose us?
