What’s it all about
As one of our Corporate Banking apprentices, you’ll get the chance to help our mid-market, large corporate and global customers prosper.
You’ll undertake two 12-month placements in Relationship Banking, and our Products, Support, Risk or Operational teams, both will provide a wealth of exposure and the experience, skills and confidence you need to forge an exceptional career. Your final 9-month placement will be shaped by you and your future career interests and could be in any area across the Corporate & Commercial bank.
Over 33 months, you’ll work with and learn from a collaborative and highly skilled team of specialists, as you develop the knowhow behind building successful businesses for our customers and a successful career for you.

Our Corporate and Commercial Banking team have business centres across major cities in the UK as well as presence in our London office. We offer our Corporate & Commercial Banking Apprenticeship Programme in the below regions:
NorthLondon & SoutheastSouthwest & WalesMidlandsScotlandTo enable us to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop, we understand the importance of having the right balance of spending time together in an office while maintaining flexibility. To support this, we have a hybrid working pattern with the expectation to spend at least 12 days in the office a month.
