Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry-leading attorneys on complex real estate transactions, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Georgia. 3–5 years of substantive experience handling real estate transactions. Proven ability to negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and closing documents. Experience managing acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial financing transactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service.

 

Key Responsibilities: Represent lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and other transaction-related contracts. Oversee due diligence, title and survey review, and risk assessment for acquisitions and dispositions. Coordinate and close complex real estate and commercial finance transactions. Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to structure deals that align with business objectives. Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
