The Corporate Business Continuity and Crisis Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's global Business Continuity program. The position must conduct risk assessments, identify critical business processes, develop business continuity plans, and regularly update and test the program. The candidate for this position must have a proven track record in delivering business resilience programs in the US, EMEA, and APAC. This position will drive integration between Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (which reports separately to a different corporate function), working with senior leaders in other business functions to position Business Continuity as part of broader business protection and resilience efforts. This position will also be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the crisis management function. It will own the Corporate Crisis Management Team (CMT), which is an internal group of functional business leaders that ultimately report to the Executive Committee through the Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities Develop, implement, maintain, and test business continuity and emergency action planning programs within the organization (includes plan implementation, testing, and auditing)Develop, implement, maintain, and test corporate crisis management programs and lead corporate crisis response.Prepare Business Impact Analyses and other regulatory responses and reports.Provide Business Continuity training to the organizationMonitor and update regulatory changes impacting the global Business Continuity Program and Crisis Management programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, risk management, or related fieldCertified in business continuity planning such as CBCP or MBCI11-15 years experience; 10+ years of Business Continuity experience with 4+ years of international Business Continuity experience Experience working with additional practice areas of business resilience (e.g., Corporate Security, Risk Management, and Environmental Health and Safety) is a plusExperience in risk assessment, business impact analysis, and crisis managementExperience in implementing ISO 22301-certified Business Continuity program across multiple business units/international marketsUnderstanding and evidence of implementing DRII 10 standard methodologies in a Business Continuity programLocation:

This is an office-based position located in Johnston, Rhode Island. The position requires a minimum of four days/week in the office. However, a flexible work-from-home option is available on Tuesday or Friday.
