Job Description

Thermo Fisher Costa Rica seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our team as a Corporate Cards Program Specialist. Responsibilities:

Provide daily oversight and management of the programAct as a liaison between cardholders, program administrators, technical teams, and suppliersStrategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that drive optimization and growthCollaborate with other program managers to determine improvement projects and enhancement strategiesIdentify, design, and implement novel data-driven business solutionsCreate proposals, budgets, and lead project executionCollaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure program operations exceed expectations.Work with category managers and program teams to partner with suppliers for strategic developmentIdentify and monitor key program risksLead global, cross-functional teams in various initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Certification in Project Management, Agile, and/or Six Sigma (desirable)5+ years of progressive professional experience in customer service, project/program management or process improvement. Preferably experience in corporate card programs.Exceptional customer satisfaction deliveryStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in defining and tracking metrics for program performance enhancementHigh level of English language competency (verbal and written)
