Department Overview:
The US Corp Citizenship Colleague Engagement team consists of talent professionals who are responsible for
leading and executing colleague engagement and volunteer opportunities, leadership & development programs and a 1B Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) function. Reporting to the Senior Group Manager, Community and Colleague Engagement, the US Corporate Citizenship Manager will lead and execute colleague engagement and leadership & development programs. These programs create meaningful opportunities for our colleagues across the TD AMCB footprint to engage in volunteer activities with strategic community partner organizations. The employees selected for this role will be responsible for leading programs including but not limited to Board Education, Training & Certification and Executive Board Matching Programs, TD Tree Days, Pro Bono Marathon, etc. The US Corporate Citizenship Manager also collaborate with internal partners to Identify opportunities to create new programs with nonprofit partners and community organizations to increase CRA eligible non-financial ed focused programs.
The successful candidate for this position will have 2-3 years' experience with managing and executing small to larger scaled programs. They will also work closely with key partners, stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure seamless coordination, risk management and successful delivery of program objectives. Implementing best practices and an evaluation strategy for each program to improve program efficiencies will be critical in this role. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining collaborative working relationships within USCC, across our North American S&CC colleagues, and executives and leaders across the bank.
