Elara Caring is looking for a passionate Corporate /Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in identifying and attracting top healthcare and corporate talent. This position partners with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods. The specialist will actively seek out both active and passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, cold-calling, networking, professional groups, career fairs, and campus recruiting.
