Job InformationDoosan Bobcat is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager with a focus on dealer communications to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving comprehensive communication strategies that effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders, with an emphasis on fostering strong relationships with our dealer partners.
Role & ResponsibilityCorporate Communications
• Drive the position of Doosan Bobcat as a global leader by enhancing internal and external corporate communications that promote the company’s vision and strategy.
• Develop and produce a variety of communications materials for stakeholders and media, including company presentations, websites, news releases, and more to effectively promote company initiatives and values.
• Collaborate with agency partners on corporate messaging to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals.
Dealer Communications
• Guide and enhance strategic communication efforts aimed at dealer partners, including content planning, writing, editing, and graphic design that align with company goals and enhance the dealer experience.
• Manage routine communications across all dealer channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with product division requirements while strengthening dealer engagement and support.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure messaging meets the needs of our dealers and supports our overall corporate strategy.
• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, with 1-3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficient in crafting content across various formats, including articles, press releases, speeches, and executive summaries, reflecting strong attention to detail and exceptional writing skills. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate organizational direction to diverse audiences while utilizing various communication platforms to enhance engagement.
• Proven capability to represent the organization with professionalism, sound judgment, and level-headed decision-making in all communications.
• Executive-level poise and maturity to effectively engage and influence leadership at all levels
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a broad range of individuals both internally and externally
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong proofreading and copy-editing abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in content management systems and various journalistic styles, complemented by strong organizational and research skills.
• Familiarity with developing and executing executive-level communications, enhancing engagement with leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel Required: approximately 10-24%.
