As the Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand and corporate communications strategies. Your expertise in brand building through influencer advocacy and your ability to leverage consumer insights will help accelerate our path to purchase. You will collaborate closely with commercial team to develop and execute impactful communications plans while managing corporate communications focused on corporate citizenship, executive communications, and stakeholder relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Communications
Execute master communications plans to drive compelling executive & employee communications, enabling leadership to enhance company business and reputation among employees and external stakeholders.Build influencer advocacy and consumer trust through effective communications planning and execution.Integrate consumer insights and media performance tracking to identify opportunities and innovate next-generation reputation influencers, media impact, platforms, and models.2. Connections
Lead strategic relationship-building programs with key stakeholders to influence thought leaders and enhance the P&G image and reputation.Agency supervision to ensure execution excellence and capabilities uplift.
3. Issue/Crisis Management
Understand and integrate data and external environment shifts to anticipate and manage risks effectively.Protect the business by predicting potential issues and converting adversaries into advocates.Lead With Courage
Lead and enable multi-function with self-learning drive in latest trend in social and digital landscape.Use judgement in dealing with complex and diverse social environment and lead on innovation.Able to influence and engage business leaders with insights and strategies.Execute With Excellence

2+ years of working experience in PR agency or industry Brand/Corporate communications experiences Knowledge of corporate citizenship (CSR) and community network with NGO/Social Enterprise is a plus Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex information internally/externally. Excellent verbal and writing communication in English & Chinese.This is important to note:
