Corporate Communications Manager
Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Mississauga, Ontario-based company to hire a Corporate Communications Manager on a 6-month contract. You will be primarily responsible for providing diverse planning, development, project management, writing and execution of communications campaigns and materials, to support the advancement of organizational strategy, reputation, and core narratives.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed communication plans to support corporate initiatives and campaigns.Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to conceptualize videos, infographics, and other visual content for communication efforts.Create and produce engaging communication materials for programs and campaigns, including copywriting, activations, experiential content, and digital media.Leverage strong promotional and informational writing skills to draft, edit, and deploy content using various channels to effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with promotional partners, agencies, vendors, and service providers to ensure messaging alignment across campaigns.Partner closely with key stakeholders to deliver communications campaigns, partner rollouts, and complex projects like the annual report on time.Lead campaigns from inception to completion, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaign management processes to meet objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure accurate and timely communication of campaign details to internal stakeholders.Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization and collaboration with developers and designers.Establish KPIs and metrics in coordination with the digital team to assess campaign performance.Translate organizational strategies into defined campaign objectives, goals, and deliverables.Provide strategic communications guidance to stakeholders, enabling the successful execution of cohesive communication strategies tailored to their needs.Manage communications across internal channels, including the intranet, PNN screens, Viva Engage, print, and digital platforms.Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Public Relations/Communications or Related Field.7 years of professional work experience in communications.3 years of professional work experience in marketing.Proven project management experience and PMP certification would be an asset.Experience developing and implementing critical communications and marketing plans, as well as large-scale campaign communications initiatives.Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a creative flair, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting tight initiatives.Experience with employee digital channels.Solid experience and understanding of HR programs and services.
