**Description**
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Manges a team of investigators/ auditors in conducting field and desk investigations as required and annual audits at Asplundh facilities and job sites throughout the U.S.
+ Leads the training program for regional Compliance Specialists in hiring document verification and onboarding protocols in the Home Office on a rolling basis
+ Provides support to Regions throughout the U.S. with onsite mass hiring events to ensure compliance with set forth regulations and guidelines
+ Oversees Compliance cases in the Navex hotline/ case management database to ensure all compliance measures are addressed in a timely manner
+ Attends Regional meetings to give presentations on the Corporate Compliance Program
+ Manages and oversees the day-to-day job responsibilities and performance of the Compliance Analyst
+ Reports to the Corporate Compliance Director
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of direct corporate compliance experience
+ At least 3 years of supervisory experience
+ I-9 compliance/ U.S. hiring rules and regulations. E-Verify
+ Hiring document verification/ expertise in identifying fake hiring documents
+ Conducting and overseeing internal investigations
+ Conducting and overseeing internal audits
+ Drafting, presenting and evaluating investigative reports
+ Drafting, presenting and evaluating audit reports
+ Leading training sessions
+ Supervising
+ Public speaking
