Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Concierge in Minneapolis, MN.

What your day-to-day will look like: 

Serve as training center event concierge and manage conference room bookings including resolution of scheduling conflicts.Greet and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees.  Organizes and maintains reception / front desk areas.Maintain conference rooms for cleanliness/reserve conference rooms, including ordering and/or setup.Be able to have IT knowledge and support AV equipment.Assist with Furniture Setups as needed.  Works collaboratively within the facility management teamAnticipates and responds to the Client’s needs and concerns.  Builds meaningful lasting relationships with Client employees.Visibly engaged and well-known in the workplace.Receives and responds to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, including a personal follow-up with Client employees to ensure questions/requests are answered. Assistance and flexibility with Client events as needed to ensure flawless delivery. Provide administrative and operational excellence for soft services. Perform additional job duties, as requested  

Required experience and skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, facility/property management, business operationsExceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.Excellent organizational skills and process management.Ability to adapt to new devices, technology, and applications.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

55,000.00 – 70,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
