Corporate Consolidations Manager
**Interim Consolidations Manager** **Location:** Onsite in Western Chicago Suburbs **Type:** Full-time, 40 hours per week **Start Date:** ASAP **Duration:** Starting ASAP through March 2025, with potential for extension **About the Role:** Jefferson Wells is seeking an experienced **Interim Consolidations Manager** to support our client’s Corporate Controllership group. This role will focus on activities related to the consolidation, preparation, and reporting of external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. Reporting directly to the Assistant Controller, the Interim Consolidations Manager will play a key role in the completion of the client’s 10K and assist with various tasks to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Consolidate and prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. + Support SEC reporting, including 10K preparation. + Assist the Assistant Controller with project-related activities as needed. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate global consolidation. **Requirements:** + HFM experience is required. + SAP experience is not mandatory but is a plus. + Must have SEC reporting experience. + Prior experience with global consolidations is essential. **Why Join Jefferson Wells?** Be part of a team that values expertise, integrity, and collaboration.
