Amazon Legal is seeking a skilled attorney to join our healthcare compliance legal team. This team supports Amazon’s healthcare compliance functions, including healthcare billing, audit, risk assessment, and risk management. In this role, you will contribute to litigation and regulatory strategies while identifying and mitigating key legal and reputational risks for our healthcare products and services.

Key job responsibilities

Successful candidates will have experience with U.S. healthcare compliance laws and regulations, including expertise in fraud and abuse laws, billing and overpayment rules, controlled substances regulations, patient safety requirements, state board regulations for pharmacy and medicine, and interactions with key government regulators.
