Our client is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join its legal team. This attorney will work in areas including corporate governance, public company compliance, data security, employment law and compensation structures, and general corporate matters.

Qualifications: J.D. from a top law school, 4+ years of large law firm and/or in-house legal experience, general corporate background, and preferably experience with advising public companies.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and to be a corporate generalist. Intellectual curiosity is a must. This is a hybrid position, and the company is located North of Boston.
