The Corporate Delivery Process Lead is responsible for supporting General RV's mission of ensuring an exceptional delivery experience for every customer. This individual is tasked with various support methods, providing General RV Delivery teams with direction, training, and feedback based on their unique needs.

Responsibilities Maintain the customer as the number one priority, motivating all departments (finance, sales, service, and parts) to keep this in mind when leading trainings or meetings. Directly collaborate with Delivery Process Managers and Leads from the dealerships on process development, enhancement, and training. Complete store visits to provide training for delivery roles focusing on adherence to established delivery processes and provide feedback to store and leadership on findings. Lead monthly delivery meetings to include reviewing best practices, highlighting opportunities based on audits and reports, training, and providing up-to-date information from manufacturers as it impacts customer delivery. Provide written re-caps of store visits and training, including follow-up on items for improvement. Report to Corporate Delivery Process Manager data on high alert entries, failure to launch, and re-scheduled unit report focusing on trends and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with store leadership to allocate delivery teams as needed during show season, providing each team with resources to support increased deliveries. Develop a monthly cadence for auditing stores' CAMP usage, providing direction as needed based on findings. Run and analyze delivery reports such as High Alerts, Failure to Launch, Re-scheduled deliveries, and customer visit data. Focus on the creation of Business Operating Procedures for the sales delivery process. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.Previous customer service experience is required. Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing and goal-oriented personality. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.  Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new programs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Travel: 30% to 50% travel is expected for this role.
