Description 

Corporate Development Associates help fuel our exciting growth by prospecting, identifying, and recruiting Insurance businesses of all sizes to join our success.  In this role you will:
- Research and identify potential acquisitions 
- Conduct preliminary outreach
- Present the opportunity to join World
 

Requirements 

To be successful you must be humble, hungry and outgoing and enjoy soliciting new prospects via email, phone calls, and in person meetings / presentations.  Must have professional presentation skills and a positive, upbeat, high energy personality.



Compensation 

While the total compensation for this role can be virtually unlimited due to commissions/incentives, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $100,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
