Corporate Development Leader
Join our dynamic team at Mercer Super as a Corporate Development Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development initiatives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and exceptional communication skills to help us identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
We will count on you to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
What you need to have:
15+ years of work experience in a professional services environment, ideally in client service, sales, or proposal management.
Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Advanced knowledge of MMC products and services, with a deep understanding of superannuation issues and solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence at the C-Suite level.
RG146 compliance and relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are desirable.
