As a Senior Associate on the Corporate Development team, you will be a key member of a high-impact team responsible for accelerating and transforming Chase's business through investments and M&A. This highly-visible position involves supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of new transactions as well as the ongoing support of portfolio companies. As an integral member of the Corporate Development team, you will support the team in driving all phases of sourcing, executing, and overseeing strategic acquisitions and investments at Chase. A dedicated CCB Partner within our M&A organization is able to establish, integrate and acquired companies into JPMorgan Chase and realize business values through product, client, technology, operations, and controls integration.
