POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Director, Residential Marketing and Communications will work with the Global Marketing Services (GMS) team in leading the residential marketing and communications strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage the brand’s residential portfolio on a global scale. The role will be responsible for creating and managing content that aligns with the company’s vision and standards as well as manage 3rd party teams and ownership groups responsible for property-specific residential marketing and communications efforts. A seasoned marketing and communications professional with a deep understanding of the residential real estate industry, possessing a blend of strategic thinking, creative intelligence, and efficient execution of priority initiatives. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders across the division and organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS JOB SUMMARY + Formulate, manage and execute the Residential Marketing and PR strategy, ensuring all content aligns with the brand. This includes, but is not limited to, print/digital promotions, print and digital advertising, national & local email campaigns, third party email/direct marketing initiatives, website, social media planning and execution, writing and editing press releases and other communications, event planning support and coordination, local/regional pitching efforts and oversight of PR agency and any external support teams. + Develop creative ideation around partnerships and offerings with brand team. + Act as brand guardian to oversee Residential tone of voice, and communications. + Responsible for delivering proactive account management and marketing support to residential licensees by building close working relationships with 3rd party Owners and key third-party stakeholders. + Responsible for organizing and implementing brand immersion training for Ownership Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring brand guidelines are met. + Act as marketing expert in support of ownership groups and third-party partners, ensuring branded residential marketing strategy is positioned in alignment with the brands positioning. + Management of residential websites to ensure brand standards are met and that they are complaint. + Complete monthly website content audits to ensure accurate and updated. + Manage the Residential marketing database and partner with CRM leaders inside the organization + Manage Residential brand standards in conjunction with the Brand Team for all stakeholders: Owner/developer, internal teams, Sales and Marketing, etc. + Communicate accordingly industry trends, upcoming growth markets, investor sentiment, growth opportunities, potential partnerships, etc. + Manage residential marketing budgets. + Maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders; owners, investors, agencies, Public Relations firms and consultants. + Ability to work and travel domestically and internationally up to 40%. + First-hand knowledge of residential markets globally. + Perform other duties as required. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. + 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. + First-hand knowledge of residential markets globally + Experienced in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including owners and developers + Ability and experience to manage multiple projects to deadlines + Excellent writing and organizational skills, with the ability to take large volumes of complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner appropriate for the audience. + Proven track record of constructing and executing successful marketing and communication strategies for a professional services firm. + Deep understanding of brand management, content creation, and digital marketing. + Experience managing and leading 3rd party marketing teams, with a focus on developing talent and delivering results. + Proven ability to develop and manage media relations for PR agency, corporate or government roles. + Strong oral and written communications skills + Residential real estate industry knowledge, preferred. + Luxury real estate or hotel marketing knowledge/experience + Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint The pay scale for the Corporate Director, Residential Marketing and Communications is $138,00.00 to $172,000.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
