MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Host Management

Act as the key account partner for the Host and serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on Host-related matters. Act as the expert on the Host business & licensing contract, providing clarification to stakeholders as needed. Conduct weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and facilitate the Monthly Business Review with the host. Prepare and distribute financial recaps and develop quarterly presentation decks for the host and Retail Licensed brands’ leadership. Lead the long range planning (LRP) process, defining the 4 years growth strategies and plans for the partnership. Act as the project manager for strategic cross-functional initiatives supporting the LRP.

Run the Business

Deliver monthly business reviews reflecting on the performance of Target Optical brands vs 2024 strategies and goals. This exercise should help anticipate gaps and articulate focus areas for the different functional deep dives. Support executive reviews with relevant analysis, presentations, and deep dives. Influence sales & consumer data reporting to enable insight driven business discussions. Lead gap closing projects across brands, Orchestrate deep dives (design, scheduling, templates) and support owners with preparation and expectations alignment

Strategic planning

Collaborate with cross functional partners to analyze brand performance across all strategy pillars and identify address challenges to inspire future brand plans. Design a growth framework supporting the brand experience promise and top & bottom line goals. Identify key initiative by growth pillar, quantify impacts, assess sufficiency to goals and recommend a prioritization process. Lead strategy working sessions and deployment meetings, including deck creation, stakeholder management and action tracking. Define project plans and lead cross functional teams to implement current and new initiatives that drive guest count, sales, profit, and a positive guest experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in business/analytics 10+ years experience with CPG in a sales, marketing or account management. Consulting, internal or with a Top-Tier consulting firm  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Clear communications, both written and verbal and presentation skills Experience with key account management and joint business planning Proficiency of Windows software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA Degree preferred Project management experience with complex system deployments Project Management Certification 5+ years in highly technical discipline and/or specialty retail 5+ years operations experience

​Pay Range: 163,194.20  - 245,618.92 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
