Let’s go to work . . . needing a Corporate Engineering Recruiter in Ft. Worth, Texas. Successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or another related field

2 to 5 years of experience recruiting at the level referenced above is required

Experience recruiting a variety of professional and touch labor positions across multiple disciplines

Solid background recruiting for a variety of technical engineering skillsets

Familiar with various manufacturing positions, manufacturing programs, machines, measuring tools, and manufacturing skillsets.

Experience working with various unions and union placement.

Strong ability to proactively search and recruit for candidates internally and externally, with a drive to fill positions with the best talent in with a sense urgency.

Aircraft/Aerospace experience is preferred

W-2 only, NO C2C or 1099

Pay Details: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
