Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $33.75/hourLocation: Houston, TX
Assignment Duration:  10 month contract, opportunity to be extended
Work Schedule: hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
30 hours per week, 5-6 hours per dayBenefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k), Holidays and PTO Responsibilities Optimize ticket distribution strategies and leverage analytics to enhance overall performanceDistribute and track usage of Client suite Houston Astros tickets throughout the season, postseason, and third-party eventsDistribute tickets for additional ticketing events that may take place aside from the Houston AstrosDevelop and implement effective strategies for ticket distribution to maximize employee engagement and attendanceAnalyze historical data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for future distribution plansCollaborate with team members and employees to ensure seamless distribution and timely communicationUtilize data analysis tools to assess the effectiveness of ticketing initiativesGenerate reports and dashboards to provide/present insights into employee engagement, ticket utilization, and costsIdentify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysisWork hours are dependent on the Houston Astros season and additional ticketing events throughout the year. This is not anticipated to be a full-time role (e.g. this role is not expected to be a 9-hour workday each day). Estimated hours per week is around 30Must work in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Must be able to work from home if needed and come into the office as needed on Mondays and FridaysMust be available on evenings and weekends, dependent on the ticketing event and/or Houston Astros games Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree requiredProven experience in ticketing, event management, or a related industryStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of ticketing platforms and systems is a plus
