CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Corporate Facilities Manager to join our Corporate – Facilities Team in either Albany, NY; Hartford, CT; or Boston, MA.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services.  These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.

 

The Corporate Facilities Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day management and technical expertise to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the CHA office portfolio, vehicle fleet, office equipment and vendors, physical security, and other related programs. This includes managing maintenance tracking and issues, vehicle use and safety monitoring, selecting and ordering office furniture, and reviewing and negotiating office lease agreements.

 

This key role manages the gathering, tracking, analyzing, and reporting of various budgets, information trackers, and Facilities policies and procedures. The Corporate Facilities Manager will work closely with the Facilities Director to support strategic, company-wide initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, and cybersecurity.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field requiredMinimum of 7 years of progressive facilities or commercial real estate portfolio management experience requiredDemonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines; establish goals and workload priorities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with different types of peopleStrong leadership skillsExcellent planning, organizational, and project management skillsExperience in the professional services industry is preferredExperience leading complex capital projects or multi-site facilities management is strongly preferred Thorough knowledge of budget planning and tracking is strongly preferredExperience demonstrating knowledge of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance is preferredComputer Proficiency to include Microsoft program suite required, Autodesk CAD software for space planning and layouts strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret floorplans and construction documents preferred Knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project is strongly preferredOccasional travel may be required SALARY RANGE:

$80,000 - $90,000

 

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
