The hiring range for this opportunity is $19.50 to $21.50 hourly along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors to the assigned Tri Counties Bank corporate location. Direct all visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms and contact the appropriate internal team members responsible for the visitor. Oversee the adherence to company standards in all communal spaces. Work closely with physical security on access management, building security and other physical security related activities. Answer incoming calls and provides clerical support as needed.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answers and directs all incoming telephone calls, taking messages as needed.
• Greets, screens, and announces visitors in a professional manner, following strict safety/security procedures. Directs all visitors to the appropriate area or TCB personnel.
• Maintains and prioritizes maintenance requests via the service now platform.
• Works with vendors on open service tickets to document work efforts and other maintenance performed while onsite.
• Completes miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintains a calendar to coordinates the scheduling of visitors to the assigned corporate building.
• Coordinates with janitorial service to ensure cleanliness of all training rooms, meeting rooms and conference rooms.
• Maintains centralized ordering of office supplies and printer toner for all Corporate department’s personnel.
• Keeps supply room organized and stocked.
• Acts as the central contact for building maintenance needs and coordinates repairs and maintenance with Facilities Manager.
• Orders weekly supplies for the Corporate building.
• Maintains conference room schedule for company appointments and meetings including a working knowledge of room AV/meeting equipment.
• Assists in the reporting responsibilities for the Bank’s Security Program
• Assists in the procurement and installation of security devices, equipment, or services.
• Acts as an Emergency contact for keys, combinations, breach of security events, etc.
• Provides general assistance to the physical security team as needed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide visitor badges to guests. Create access badges for TCB building employees and train new employees on building security and access procedures as needed.
• Adheres to Bank policy and procedures and maintains a current understanding of federal and state consumer compliance laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Suspicious Activity Reporting, OFAC, Information Security, Identity Theft Red Flags, and Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Acts or Practices. Complies with confidentiality privacy regulations including Gramm-Leach Bliley Act principles by successfully completing related trainings and maintaining these learned practices on the job.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year prior receptionist/administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and able to move tables and chairs in meeting rooms.
