Key Areas of Responsibility
•    Conducting proactive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations while driving process improvements through user feedback and collaboration with FP&A leads, with purpose to ensure effective, aligned solutions
•    Designing and publishing new top-level management reporting by using visualization tools (Power BI), to increase performance & efficiency of the business and support decision-making
•    Maintaining data integrity, cleansing, reconciling large-scale data as the foundation to driving accurate and timely management reporting
•    Managing month-end closing processes, work closely with FP&A leads to report accurate results
•    Engaging in additional team responsibilities by receiving cross-training to support tasks across the broader FP&A team
•    Testing new financial systems and applications
•    Working on ad-hoc finance projects

Basic Requirements
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related Business discipline
•    3+ years related experience
•    Demonstrated strong financial/analytical skills gained through formal education and work experience.
•    Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
•    Experience with business intelligence reporting tools (Power BI preferred) with demonstrated ability to learn other analytics tools and familiarity with database/data management concepts 
•    Advanced proficiency in English (Verbal and written)
•    Demonstrates positive can-do attitude, is proactive and focused
•    Ability to work comfortably with management and functional organizations
•    Effectively manage and produce results in an unpredictable environment with short operational cycles

Preferred Requirements
•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time
•    Flexible and highly motivated with the ability to work with various cross-functional teams
•    Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
•    Excellent written and verbal skills
•    Preferred knowledge of Oracle Finance tools
