In this job you can bring your financeexpertise, interest in business insight and analytical skills into play and impact how we centrally plan and control Overhead Cost.Specifically, you willbe responsible forGeneral Services and Employee Expenses including global expatriation costs.
There is no financial relocation support offered for this position.
**Core Responsibilities**
Our team is committed tostandardizingandoptimizingthe performance of core finance processes while driving productivity on overhead cost across the LEGO Group. We succeed through driver-based planning and reporting supported by our digital agenda.
Together with yourcolleagues you will:
+ Support financial target setting and follow up on gaps in financial performance
+ Prepare financial plans for current and future years
+ Provide monthly performance reporting and other financial reports to our business partners
+ Identifyand track cost drivers
+ Provide analytics on General Services and Employee Expenses, enabling trade-off/optimization discussions
+ Support the continued development of our reporting and financial planning process, including our digitalization agenda
+ Support, challenge, and act as a business partner within your area of responsibility
We are organized in Corporate Finance and amongst other tasks set to centralize governance ownership, and we support the business with recommendations and benchmarks.

**Do you** **have** **what it takes?**
You will make an excellent candidate if you:
+ Hold a bachelor’s degree in economics or finance combined with an analytic approach and the ability to translate something complex into a simple storyline.
+ Areopen andcuriousand comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment
+ Possessexcellent collaboration and communication skills
+ Are an advanced user of Excel.Experience with Power BI is a plus, but nota must
+ Areeagerto learn and grow
+ Speak and write English fluently
