$55,600.00 - $91,450.00We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team at our headquarters in Northeast Minneapolis. This analyst will support strategic financial planning and analysis activities and will play a critical role in providing financial insights, decision support and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teamsPerform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior yearAnalyze financial data and trends to provide insights that inform key business decisions, highlight opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and risk mitigationAssist in the preparation of presentations for management, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning processesLead and/or support ad hoc projects and analysis as requiredParticipate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis processesEducation and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field1-3 years of experience in Finance and/or AccountingCPA or equivalent professional certification is preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
