**Corporate Financial Planning Analyst (Corporate Alliances)** About the Role & Team Would you like to impact financial planning all the way up to the leadership and Board of Directors level? Are you passionate about bridging the gap between data and storytelling? **What You Will Do** As a Financial Analyst, you would report to the Manager and support the Card Services & Corporate Alliances client groups, with specific focus on the Gift Card business. You would use data to empower leaders, so they make the best possible decisions. We want you to focus your strong communication skills on interpreting data and designing reports, so the numbers come alive. You would join a dynamic team of financial planners and analysts whose job is to work directly with department leaders, both at Corporate and across the Disney businesses, by providing insight across the Company. **Responsibilities of & Requirements for the Role:** Every single day as a Financial Analyst is different! On any one day you might: + Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including corporate management and other high-level executives + Perform and analyze quarterly, annual or 5-year segment operating plans: + Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of the CFO + Interact with extraordinary partners to whom we are dedicated + Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment + Showcase your leadership and confidence on a large team **Required Qualifications & Skills:** To qualify for this role candidates should have: + Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills + Developed effective business and financial acumen + A highly professional "client service orientation" + Experience as a reciprocal teammate who possesses social and organizational abilities + Excellent communication skills in both oral and written settings + The flexibility to work with different personalities + Produce detailed work without data errors + Sharp presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solving + A versatile "special projects" orientation coupled with confirmed multi-tasking abilities + An inherent curiosity driving to ask the right questions + Experience working in Excel and PowerPoint **Required Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $85,800.00 to $104,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
