As a Financial Analyst, you would use data to empower premier financial leaders, so they make the best possible decisions. We want you to focus your strong communication skills on interpreting data and designing reports, so the numbers come alive.

You would join a dynamic team of financial planners and analysts whose job is to work directly with department leaders, both at Corporate and across the Disney businesses, by providing insight across the Company.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1+ years of prior work experience preferredPossess strong quantitative and analytical skillsDeveloped effective business and financial acumenA highly professional "client service orientation"Experience as a reciprocal teammate who possesses social and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication skills in both oral and written settingsThe flexibility to work with different personalitiesProduce detailed work without data errorsSharp presentation and storytelling skills, and the ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solvingA versatile "special-projects" orientation coupled with confirmed multi-tasking abilitiesAn inherent curiosity driving to ask the right questionsExperience working in Excel and PowerPoint

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $85,800.00 to $104.800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
