Corporate Functions Summer Internship 2025The Corporate Functions Internship is a full-time summer experience for college students in their sophomore year onwards and recent graduates that combines a real work experience with professional development activities focused on internal areas that support the bank's operations, such as Legal, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Marketing.
For 10 weeks, interns will work on projects performing activities related to operations support.

El Internado Especializado en Funciones Corporativas es una experiencia de verano a tiempo completo para estudiantes universitarios desde su segundo año en adelante y recién graduados, que combina una experiencia laboral real con actividades de desarrollo profesional enfocadas en áreas internas que respaldan las operaciones del banco, como Legal, Comunicaciones Corporativas, Recursos Humanos y Mercadeo.
Durante 10 semanas, los pasantes trabajarán en proyectos realizando actividades relacionadas con el apoyo a las operaciones.
Requirements:The ideal candidates must:
- Be pursuing a career in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Law, Operations, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related fields
- Must be currently a sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate college student
- Authorization to work in U.S. and territories
- Have a GPA of 3.00 or more
- Have availability to work full-time for 10 weeks during summer

El candidato ideal debe:
- Estar cursando una carrera en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Comunicaciones, Derecho, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos, Psicología Organizacional Industrial o campos relacionados.
- Ser actualmente estudiantes universitarios de segundo, tercer, cuarto año o recién graduados.
- Tener autorización para trabajar en EE. UU. y territorios.
- Tener un promedio general de 3.00 o más.
- Tener disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo durante 10 semanas en los meses de verano.
Majors:Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Law, Operations, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related fields or related fields.
Other Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in project management, human resources, marketing, legal, corporate communications, or operations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency of the English and Spanish language, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, and ability to work and interact with different teams to collaborate with other business units.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Being driven and curious to understand and solve complex problems is a must

-Experiencia previa en pasantías en gestión de proyectos, recursos humanos, mercadeo, legal, comunicaciones corporativas u operaciones, preferiblemente.
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y dominio del idioma inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito.
-Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar e interactuar con diferentes equipos de otras unidades de negocio.
